For Koffee Kups and Shopping Lists: Shipping and handling will be determined once the order has been placed. You will be notified before the order is fulfilled to approve the additional charge. Once you have approved the shipping and handling amount, your credit card will be charged. Please be sure to give us your email address so that we can get in touch with you to fulfill your order. Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost.
